Go to 12 step meetings for addicts. Helped me a lot Fasting. Spend quality time with the Lord. Postpone a meal and read His Word. Repeat the Lord's prayer over and over. He will strengthen you. You'll be amazed. Always helps me Praying for you

Recomendaciones : renunciar y apartarte de lo que te perturba reprender el Espíritu de lujuria, cierra puertas abierta en tu vida y orar por ti mismo poniendo toda ranciedad sobre Èl porque tiene Èl cuidado de ti.
