Title: Fool's Gold
The material happiness that comes from the earth from people who have never experienced true happiness is like fool's gold. • It deceives people because of its external happiness. They see how happy other people are with it, so they want it too. They accumulate it and want more and more for themselves. • They are blinded by the external glitter and how happy they will be with it, but they do not see that in reality, it does not make them happy; they long for useless things, the happiness of which will eventually fade away.
• These people have not yet found the real gold of value, which they do not see, hear, touch, or smell, but feel. • It does not have external glitter but internal. What fool's gold cannot provide. If you find the real gold, give some to others! Why? Because the Lord Jesus said: "It is more blessed to give than to receive." But know what kind of gold you are giving! • Because these are the ones you find only in one place, only in yourselves. These are Good Deeds, Peace, Hope, Honesty, and Love.
Which Christ gave us.
Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moths and vermin destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moths and vermin do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.
