I'm at this point in my walk with God where I've started to resist temptation against masturbation better, but now I'm going through something I never went through before. I'm dealing with spiritual warfare. Temptations keep coming (it's annoying), I feel a little bit of spiritual dryness in my relationship with Him, I feel fear, anxiety, depression, and I don't know how to face this. Please pray that I can get through this and hopefully get closer to God this way.

Here are things I’ve used to overcome this temptation: 1. Rid the availability: media is too available for us. Are there apps that cause you to sin? Content that temps you? Delete them, or get a filter installation that blocks anything that could be dangerous 2. Go take a walk: often sexual temptations appear when we are bored or not doing anything. Whenever I used to get tempted, I would stand up and walk around my house. It diffused it! 3. Talk OUT LOUD to yourself. Explain to yourself why you want to save yourself for your spouse. Tell yourself how your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit 4. Remember that sexual desires are NOT MORALLY WRONG. It’s a natural temptation. However it’s WHAT WE DO WITH IT that is important. Dismiss the fleshly desire and move on 5. PRAY TO GOD TO REMOVE THE TEMPTATION! When you pray you are literally TALKING TO THE CREATOR OF THE UNIVERSE. He made your body after all. He can help you
