I am going through a process in my walk with God, and it is being a true desert. I see many people whom I once saw as references disappointing me, and I have completely lost trust in them. I also have a friendship where the person constantly puts me down and wants to compete with me all the time. I have distanced myself from many people who were not good for me. I just ask for prayers so that I can strengthen myself more to face this desert.
When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze.
