Hi all, I’m asking for prayer and advice. Is Pokemon evil? There are Pokemon with ghost, psychic, and dark types with moves like “Nasty Plot”, “Hypnosis,” etc. that can be used in battle when playing, but I wonder if really there’s something wrong with this. It’s a child’s game, but as a maturing Christian, I begin to wonder. There’s no witchcraft in the game, but it seems innocent at first glance. But, I also know that the enemy comes an angel of light, making things appear okay. Could this be the case as well? I don’t want to be a fanatic, but terminology like “psychic”, “hypnosis,” etc. in a game begs the question of if there’s a real demonic element behind this game. Thanks!
