Please help me fall asleep at night. I drank too much coffee and B vitamins in the morning, and even though I took melatonin at night, I still can't sleep. I hope I won't be bullied by colleagues at work tomorrow, that I can quickly learn all the knowledge and apply it properly, read more English before bed, and have good relationships and workplace ethics. I need enough energy to support the exam on May 17th.
In peace I will lie down and sleep, for you alone, Lord, make me dwell in safety.
