Fasting. Spend quality time with the Lord. Postpone a meal and read His Word. Repeat the Lord's prayer over and over. He will strengthen you. You'll be amazed. Always helps me Praying for you

Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Go into your prayer closet and began to read the word start with like 10 minutes a day or indulge in the word it will feed your soul and give you strength and encouragement. Start with Start with Mathew, Mark Luke and John
