Hey everyone
I’m struggling with lust and I really need help I don’t want to do it but when something triggers my body I really can’t help stopping myself from this lustful craving i end up doing it please help

If you've never fasted while reading his Word, I highly recommend it. Just a light fast; postpone one meal. It creates a powerful bond with the Lord that makes you feel his love and comfort. It's quality time with the Lord. Also say the Lord's prayer over and over again.

Honestly same but the bible told us to flee from temptation (somewhere in corinthians) so if u get the urge just open your bible, pray, or distract urself and just scroll past to the next vid. That what i do and it works
