٥ شباط - فبراير 5“قد علمت أنك تستطيع كل شيء ولا يعسر عليك أمر.” (أيوب2:42) إنه لا إحباط لأي من مقاصد اللّه. يمكن أن يكون للإنسان شروره لكن لِلّه طرُقه، يمكن أن يكون للإنسان الكثير الذي يريد أن يقوله، لكن الكلمة الأخيرة هي لِلّه. يُذكّرنا سليمان بأنه، لَيْسَ حِكْمَةٌ وَلاَ فِطْنَةٌ وَلاَ مَشُورَةٌ تُجَاهَ الرَّبِّ (أمثال30:21). ويضيف إرميا شهادته قائلاً: لأَنَّ أَفْكَارَ الرَّبِّ تَقُومُ (إرميا29:51). قرّر إخوة يوسف التخلُّص منه ببيعه لجماعة من المديانيين، لكن كل ما تمكنوا من عمله كان إكمال إرادة اللّه. لقد وفّرَ المديانيون نقل يوسف مجاناً إلى مصر حيث إارتقى ليصبح رئيس وزراء ومنقذ لشعبه. عندما استعاد الرجل المولود الأعمى بصره وآمن بالمخُلّص، حرَمه اليهود من المجمع، هل كان هذا نصراً لهم؟ كلاً، كان يسوع على أية حال سيقوده خارجاً لأنه هو الراعي الصالح فَيَدْعُو خِرَافَهُ الْخَاصَّةَ بِأَسْمَاءٍ وَيُخْرِجُهَا (يوحنا3:10). فهم بذلك وفّروا على يسوع مجهود إخراجه. لقد وصل شرّ البشر ذُروته عندما أخذوا الرَّب يسوع وسمّروه على الصليب وأماتوه، لكن بطرس ذكّرهم أن اللّه قد أنقذه بفضل مَشُورَةِ اللّهِ الْمَحْتُومَةِ وَعِلْمِهِ السَّابِقِ (أعمال23:2). لقد نَقضَ اللّه جُرم الإنسان الأعظم بإقامة المسيح ليكون رباً ومخلصاً. لقد رَوى دونالد بارنهاوس قصّة عن صاحب عقارٍ ثريّ كان له أشجارٌ يانعة في حقوله، لكن كان له عدو لدود قال: سأقطع إحدى أشجاره مما قد يتسبب له بالألمً، وفي عتمة الليل تسلّل العدوّ من فوق السياج وتوجه نحو أجمل الأشجار وبدأ العمل بمنشاره وفأسه. عند أول إشراقة للصباح رأى عن بُعد رجلين قادمين من فوق التلّة على ظهر جواديهما وتعرَّف إلى أحدهما على أنه صاحب العقار، وبسرعة أخرج الأوتاد ودفع الشجرة وتركها تسقط، لكنه إحدى الأغصان علق به وثبته في الأرض مُسبّبا له جراحاً بليغة سببّت موته. لكنه وقبل أن يلفظ أنفاسه الأخيرة همس قائلا، لقد قطعت شجرتك الجميلة، فنظر إليه صاحب العقار نظرة شفقة وقال: هذا هو المهندس الذي أحضرته معي، لأننا خططنا لبناء بيتاً وكان من الضروري أن نقطع شجرة واحدة لنفسحَ مجالاً لبناء البيت، وكانت تلك هي الشجرة التي عملتَ طوال الليل لتقطعها

February 5 "I know that you can do all things; no purpose of yours can be thwarted." (Job 42:2) There is no frustration for any of God's purposes. Man may have his evils, but God has His ways. Man may have much to say, but the final word belongs to God. Solomon reminds us that "There is no wisdom, no insight, no plan that can succeed against the Lord" (Proverbs 21:30). Jeremiah adds his testimony, saying, "For the plans of the Lord stand firm" (Jeremiah 51:29). Joseph's brothers decided to get rid of him by selling him to a group of Midianites, but all they managed to do was fulfill God's will. The Midianites provided free transport for Joseph to Egypt, where he rose to become Prime Minister and savior of his people. When the man born blind regained his sight and believed in the Savior, the Jews expelled him from the synagogue. Was this a victory for them? No, Jesus would have led him out anyway because He is the good shepherd who calls His own sheep by name and leads them out (John 10:3). Thus, they saved Jesus the effort of leading him out. The evil of mankind reached its peak when they took the Lord Jesus, nailed Him to the cross, and killed Him. But Peter reminded them that God had saved Him by His determined plan and foreknowledge (Acts 2:23). God overturned man's greatest crime by raising Christ to be Lord and Savior. Donald Barnhouse told a story about a wealthy landowner who had lush trees in his fields, but he had a bitter enemy who said, "I will cut down one of his trees to cause him pain." In the dark of night, the enemy sneaked over the fence, approached the most beautiful tree, and began working with his saw and axe. At the first light of dawn, he saw two men coming over the hill on horseback and recognized one as the landowner. Quickly, he removed the stakes, pushed the tree, and let it fall, but one of the branches caught him and pinned him to the ground, causing severe injuries that led to his death. Before he breathed his last, he whispered, "I have cut down your beautiful tree." The landowner looked at him with pity and said, "This is the engineer I brought with me because we planned to build a house, and it was necessary to cut down one tree to make room for the house, and that was the tree you worked all night to cut down."

I want to explain to you a dream of mine that I dreamed last night. I have a faithful cousin with whom I always talk about God, Jesus. And last night I dreamed that we were sitting outside in the garden and looking up at the sky and I saw God sitting on a book which I believe was a big Bible and next to him were angels I think, but there 100% I remember for sure there was a brown horse that stopped for 2-3 seconds, looked at us seriously and then continued on, and then I woke up and told my cousin and he said that this is a sign from Jesus that he will come to earth! Here’s a story time, so on saturday i had my hair in a hairstyle that my mom had did and i had the hairstyle in for a whole month and so since i had it in for a month i decided it was to old to keep in so i took it down. So the next day i was leaving the house to go to my older cousins house to babysit her 1 year old son. and my mother cussed me out talking about how she didn’t give me permission and what not to take down my hair but she usually doesn’t care if i touch my hair because it’s MY hair. So when i got home later that day she went in my room and took all of my stuff and my clothes and put them i trash bags all my makeup all my shoes everything except my old clothes and pjs just then she forced me to sleep on the floor and watched me get ready and everything the next morning. Then this morning she steady cussed me out and said it’s for my own good… then she said that i have demons in me just because i took my hair down …I really think my mom is crazy

قصة وعبرة إستقلّت السيدة العجوز القطار، وجلست على أحد المقاعد. وسريعا ما لاحظت أن غطاء المقعد ممزَّق، فجمعت أمتعتها وهي غاضبة، وانتقلت إلى مقعد آخر بالقرب من مقدّمة القطار. لكنها انزعجت هناك أيضًا من مجموعة سيّدات يتبادلن أطراف حديثٍ بصوت مزعج، فانتقلت هذه المرة الى وسط القطار. لكنها انزعجت هناك أيضًا من طفل يبكي عبر الممرّ، فانتقلت هذه المرة الي مؤخّرة القطار. لكنها وجدت أن أشعّة الشمس مزعجة جدا في هذا المكان، فجمعت أمتعتها من جديد وانتقلت الى الجانب الآخر وهي منهكة. وأخيرا حاولَت الاستغراق في تأمل الريف الجميل… ولكن في تلك اللحظة بالذات، نادى السائق على اسم المدينة التي تقصدُها العجوز وتريد أن تنزل فيها. فجلست السيدة المسكينة لبرهة قصيرة في حيرة شديدة، ثم قالت: “لو كنتُ أعلمُ أن الرحلة قصيرة جدا إلى هذا الحدّ، لما كنتُ قضيتُ كل هذا الوقت أشكو وأتذمّر بلا استقرارٍ ولا راحة، بل كنتُ جلستُ أستمتعُ بالتأمل في جمال الطبيعة من اول مقعد جلستُ عليه!”. مغزى هذه القصّة أن مأساة الحياة ليس أنها تنتهي بسرعة، ولكن أننا ننتظر طويلا لنبدأها. فيا رب امنحني الهدوء والقناعة لكي أَقتبل الأشياء التي لا أستطيع تغييرها، وأبدأ بتغيير ذاتي لأستمتع بما صنعَته يداك، فأمجد اسمك القدوس الآن وكل آنٍ وإلى دهر الداهرين، آمين.🙏

A Story and a Lesson The old lady boarded the train and sat on one of the seats. She quickly noticed that the seat cover was torn, so she gathered her belongings angrily and moved to another seat near the front of the train. However, she was also annoyed there by a group of ladies having a loud conversation, so she moved this time to the middle of the train. But she was also disturbed there by a crying child across the aisle, so she moved this time to the back of the train. However, she found the sunlight very annoying in this place, so she gathered her belongings again and moved to the other side, exhausted. Finally, she tried to immerse herself in contemplating the beautiful countryside... But at that very moment, the driver called out the name of the city the old lady intended to get off at. The poor lady sat for a short moment in great confusion, then said: "If I had known the journey was this short, I wouldn't have spent all this time complaining and grumbling without stability or comfort, but I would have sat and enjoyed contemplating the beauty of nature from the first seat I sat on!" The moral of this story is that the tragedy of life is not that it ends quickly, but that we wait too long to start it. So, Lord, grant me the serenity and contentment to accept the things I cannot change, and begin changing myself to enjoy what Your hands have made, so I may glorify Your holy name now and forever and ever, Amen. 🙏
