Heavenly lord, i pray that you protect me from evil and deliver me from lust and temptation. I thank you for giving me nutrition and water to keep me going. I ask that you forgive me for my sins and my trespasses as I will forgive those that trespass against me. I shall give you praise and love forever. Amen.
