To ALL with lustful desires and temptations. You need to run away from lust in any form. Find what is the core of temptation, then avoid, block or run from it. God has a plan for you and do anything and everything you can do to make it. If God tells you to put your phone down, do it. If God tells you to run from something, do it. If God tells you to get out of your comfort zone, do it. Do everything as well as you can. --- Remember God will NEVER leave you. God wants to have a relationship with you, don't forget it.
"No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it."
