Dear God the Father, I come before You as a humbled man, seeking Your strength and healing. Lord, I ask for Your divine intervention in my life as I struggle with my remaining addictions. Please break the chains that bind me and please set me free, so that I may live a life that reflects Your love and grace. Fill my heart with the presence of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, guiding me to be more like Him each day. Help me to turn away from Satan's sins and embrace the new life You offer. I trust in Your promise that where the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. (2 Corinthians 3:17 KJV). Additionally and selfishly, I ask for relief from the daily pain I endure. Bring comfort and healing to my body, and let Your peace wash over me. I believe in Your power to transform my life and to bring restoration to my mind, heart and body. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.
