Prayer to get any sadness out of my body, mind and spirit. May my sparkle in my eyes be bright. Nothing that was ever done to me. Any pain from traumatic experiences, abandonment, hardship, things done or said by people ever let it affect me emotionally. Please deliver me from this. I have my days I look bright others where I struggle. Please release the burden or sadness.
