It's hard but you're not alone. God's with you always. In every breath he is there. When you do things reflect on what you say. Most say "I have to get up... I have to do this.... I have to do that..." For a week try saying I GET TO more so than I have to... Just by saying that you will see your day get better even doing the same things. Try it for a week if it doesn't work you can try two weeks.
