Get advice and help from God first. Advice from me: Find the core of your lust then avoid it or run from it. It is natural to have lustful thoughts but if it's happening only to satisfy a "problem", then this isn't natural it is addiction. Remember you are now a servant of God. God died for mine and yours sins. We aren't sinners now. We are God's Children who have a problem with sin. God helps us to overcome it. God is the only person who will never leave us, we can always depend on God.

If you've never fasted while reading his Word, I highly recommend it. Just a light fast; postpone one meal. It creates a powerful bond with the Lord that makes you feel his love and comfort. It's quality time with the Lord. Also say the Lord's prayer over and over again.

You are not alone in this. I know how real the struggle is. If possible, connect with others and have some meaningful contacts. That helped me many times.
