Hey everyone. I’m calla. I have been a Christian since recently and I’m still wondering if I’m a Lukewarm Christian. I pray that God tells me if I am or not. But I also come to ask if you guys can help me with my anxiety. Everyday and night I say for some reason “ what if someone poisoned this?” And stuff like that. Please help me and give me advice, and should I take medication for my anxiety?
the “ i wonder if someone poisoned this” is sooo real. praying for you!
Hi ive been battling with anxiety and depression for a couple years now and im willing to offer support, advice, and tools to anyone that needs it. In a way I think God has turned my suffering into a way that I can help others get through the same thing I went through

The medication for anxiety is Prayer and ask God what's my true purpose in life ge shall grant you wisdom like Solomon
"Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."

If you've never fasted while reading his Word, I highly recommend it. Just a light fast; postpone one meal. It creates a powerful bond with the Lord that makes you feel his love and comfort. It's quality time with the Lord.
