So I've been battling lust for about 5 months now, and I've finally found out why I haven't been winning. I have been trying to do my own way of resisting, which surprise surprise, it didn't work. And I haven't been running to the Lord, nor trusting in Him that He will deliver me. And because of my repetitive falling into sin, I've now been fighting spiritual laziness, as well as social media addiction. I haven't been reading my Bible consistently, I've been dodging spending time with Him, spending more time in video games and tv, and I just feel like I'm never going to have the relationship with God that I had with February before all this crap started happening. Pray that I'll start making that effort again, so that I can actually feel God's presence again and be close to Him again. Also praise God for helping me be lust free for 8 days by his power.
