Almighty God—Father, Son, and Holy Ghost—you show your healing power every day in this world through natural and supernatural means. Heavenly Father, you sent your son Jesus, the Great Physician, and he healed many during his ministry. I lift up all children suffering today from congenital anorectal malformations, imperforate anus in particular. Please, Lord, heal them! Give them access to the healthcare they need to start their lives in good health. Bless their physicians and nurses with knowledge and skill to care for them. Bless and comfort their parents and extended families, who are paralyzed with fear at the mention of "birth defect." Amen
