Mental illness ain't no joke! I suffer from PTSD, depression, bipolar, and a bunch of physical problems. But you know what? God's got you and he's only giving you what you can handle. Ask God, Jesus, and Holy Spirit to enter your body. Give them permission to come into your heart and mind. I was once given advice to thank God for the pain I live in every day. Believe it or not it helped with my pain. It will help with your mental health.
