Hello. I've been having a really hard time lately. I've committed the same sin over and over again and kept telling myself and God that it won't happen again, but it does. Pray for me.

If you've never fasted while reading his Word, I highly recommend it. Just a light fast; postpone one meal. It creates a powerful bond with the Lord that makes you feel his love and comfort. It's quality time with the Lord. Also say the Lord's prayer over and over again.

Repentance is not a prayer, it's turning your heart and mind from one direction to another (God) for help and forgiveness. Soon as you do that you're cleaned. It's an intention of the mind/heart (thinking and desire) to change from one to ↩️ another (God)

Dear Sébastien, i don't know what short of sin we are talking about but from my experience, i would do a prayer of repentance, also pray for God to show me the real reason this is happening, ask God for clarification, power and help. Hope this helps
