🙏 it's because you gave in, but the flesh is weak, and the spirit is strong. Try to fast, pray a little, ask God for forgiveness, and say, 'Lord, help me,' and it will be the others. Show me a light in my life, show me the way out, Lord, hold my hands, and He will show you a way out like this.
