I have shared with more people other then God about my struggle with lust and I have learned a new insight. Certainly don't keep it all to yourself. Don't even keep all youre struggles just between You and God(you shall bring it to God and God first tho.) Bring darkness into light that it may be exposed in public and shunned for all eternity. That youre sins and demons harassing you may be put to shame and they may flee and you may become closer to God through it
