I’m praying that God has mercy on me. I’ve tested Him and I think I made Him angry this morning. Later in the evening, I repented and I need to keep fearing God.

The fear of the Lord means to Have an Awe and Respect/ Acknowledgement for him because of his authority as God The Father and Our Creator. AND THAT HE'S IN CONTROL (over your life) It's NOT to Actually be AFRAID of him. He Loves you very much that he sent his a Son to Die for you(for your sins), So he can and (because he do) desires to have a relationship with you. To come and turn to him. Why would someone who loves you that much, wants (desires) a relationship with you, wants you to be SCARED of him. Many people tend to take this out of context, and sometimes it to strike fear into people. Especially to New believers and or beginners in there Walk with Christ (Because it's a JOURNEY). When that's all the enemies LIES, because he's the one who wants you to be afraid of God... to not come to him and doesn't want to have a relationship with him...and that's what HE FEARS THE MOST.

When you have the "Fear of the Lord" (acknowledging who he is and know what God can do ( in a sense of him being in Greater control and the power he has to change you. You would fear anything else in this world. You will have peace KNOWING that he has it all together for YOUR Greater good.
