Det är okej, ingen fara! Jag förstår att det är lite läskigt och nervöst, det va det för mig också. Jag är 16 nu och fick min första mens när jag va 11, va så nervös att berätta för min mamma men jag gjorde det och hon blev jätte glad bara! Tänk på att din mamma är en kvinna, hon har också en gång i tiden fått sin första mens också och har haft den i flera år nu. Det är naturligt och helt normalt för henne, hon kommer att förstå dig! Hoppas allt går bra🥰
