請耶和華幫助我的朋友Chris的腰部拉傷痊癒，他腰背痛了五天，並且讓他能夠真正的認識耶和華。我參加的教會晚上一三五有聚會，昨天忽然又增加了19:30可是我人正在吃晚餐，我需要時間去備課，以方便我教課，已經造成我的困擾，希望耶和華幫助我，奉主耶穌的名禱告，阿們！
