Please pray for healing. I have been experiencing daily stiffness, soreness, and pain in the upper part of both of my arms which has been limiting my mobility in my hands as it hurts to move my arms. I have been experiencing soreness and pain in my knees while walking up and down stairs. I have been experiencing stiffness, soreness, and pain in my lower back. I have been extremely tired and have little to no motivation or energy.
