Following my previous prayer request, I want to take a moment to express my gratitude to the Lord. I had an appointment with my ophthalmologist today, and unfortunately, the pressure in my right eye is high. Rather than proceeding immediately with a major surgery to insert a drainage device for long-term glaucoma management, the doctor suggested a non-invasive laser procedure to try and reduce the pressure. However, the effect of this treatment may only last for 3-6 months, after which, if the pressure rises again to abnormal levels, I may need to undergo the more invasive surgery. Despite this, I am thankful to the Lord for reminding me that He is in control of the situation. I will continue to put my faith, hope, and trust in Him as I walk with Him daily.
