Satan does not want you to read or remember this truth! The Lord has boldly and firmly spoken to me this morning: be strong and courageous! I want to drop the definition of these words below alone with a really great teaching clip from the youversion Bible app. To be strong: having or marked by great physical power. We are granted this physical and spiritual power from the Lord allowing us to be strong or obtain strength. We receive this from submitting to him and resisting the devil! Courageous: mental or moral strength to venture, persevere, and withstand danger, fear, or difficulty. We are more than overcomers through Christ Jesus! He commands us to be courageous and in 1 Timothy, he reminds us that we are not given a spirit of fear but of POWER, LOVE AND SELF CONTROL. Note that in some versions it says a SOUND MIND. Control your mind and your thoughts. To be carnally minded is death but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. Be strong and courageous family!!
