I would like to help people overcome the 7 deadly sins pride, lust, envy, sloth, Gluttony, wrath, and greed. For each one of these sins there is an opposite the 7 heavenly virtues, humility, chastity, gratitude, diligence, temperance, patience, and generosity.

Sin- Pride it is the thought of being superior than one another

Virtue- humility know that we should put others above ourselves just as Jesus did

Sin-lust is the corruption if God's creation and bending it for pleasure

Virtue- chastity is the purity of one's body and others body through love

Sin-Envy- is the sin that is encouraging you to have more than others compelling you for more

Virtue- Gratitude is looking at what you have and telling God it is enough and thank you

Sin- sloth is laziness and leads to procrastination

Virtue- diligence is working heartily but don't not overwork since it might become an idol

Sin- Gluttony is the lack of self control and over indulgence of worldly things

Virtue- temperance is self control

Sin- wrath is the vengeful feeling and anger that leads to regrettable actions

Virtue- patience leave revenge to God and do not hold any grudges to anyone who wronged you

Sin-greed is the love for material things

Virtue- generosity is the act of giving out of love and compassion
