in gods grace please pray for me to let go and get rid of any trauma induced OCD and intrusive thoughts that are hurtful and distressing. Please pray that my tears cleanse me like the river or Jordan whenever they flow, and bring me closer to the lord through my vulnerability and act of repentance and redemption through each drop. Any blockage in my heart I hope lifts, I want to be able to breathe the air in as it flows, and not like it’s moving heavily through my body. Grant me the assistance to be divinely supported by the lord’s mercy, and for guardian angels to wipe my tears with holy gentleness. Pray for me to feel the cooling light inside my burning soul, to be renewed and transformed by the Holy Spirit. I am in a predicament of trauma and fear, anxious of my internal thoughts and guilty of my sin. I ask for forgiveness, for inner healing and strength to move forward. In Jesus name, amen.
