God, I ask that you open my heart and mind to true surrender and trust in you. I struggle with giving up control of my life, though not intentionally I recognize my faults. I pray your will be done and that I accept anything that you put before me, that you know what's best. I ask for forgiveness for not having complete trust and faith in you. Amen
