Ich würde Gott gerne näher kommen und so mehr Sünden aus meinem Leben halten, aber ich schaffe es leider nicht. Auch wenn ich merke, dass Gott mir hilft und für mich da ist, möchte ich um Hilfe bitten, Gott und Jesus noch näher zu kommen.
"Come near to God and he will come near to you. Wash your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded."

Are you fasting while reading his Word? It's very powerful but you have to meet God halfway. It's not the same as praying. You don't have to fast for days, just postpone one meal then eat later.
