Please pray for me i am having a severe anxiety attack unable to control my feelings. I am a mess . Please pray for me never thought i would have this severe anxiety attack. I am Jesus to forgive me, my sins so i am relieved from this anxiety.

Ask him to show you the truth about why you are reacting like this. You must face your problems because anxiety is just a symptom of something I underneath that must be dealt with.
