Hey everyone I’m struggling with lust and I really need help I don’t want to do it but when something triggers my body I really can’t help stopping myself from this lustful craving i end up doing it please help

Honestly same but the bible told us to flee from temptation (somewhere in corinthians) so if u get the urge just open your bible, pray, or distract urself and just scroll past to the next vid. That what i do and it works
"No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation he will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it."
