Dear Father and Lord Jesus Christ, thank you for being by my side even when I don't feel your presence, for being there from my birth to my death. Thank you very much for giving me a plate of food, for having clothes to keep me warm, and a bed to sleep in. Please forgive me even if I don't deserve it. You, whose mercy and forgiveness are boundless and whose love is as deep as the sea, I have sinned again and I know I will sin again. Please help me not to sin, please make my black and stone heart like that of a child, give me wisdom and transform my mind from wicked to good and my spirit white and pure instead of black and bitter. I am a sheep that constantly gets lost. Every day I pray for you to help me, but I step back on my own or don't take a step at all. Forgive me and don't abandon me, stay with me, and every time I sin, forgive me. I don't know how to stop and come closer to you. I know that I believe in you and love you, but my mind tells me that I am deceiving you, and my heart doesn't feel love when I pray. Please don't leave me and stay with me throughout my journey. I am in the dark and want to return to your path. I try to change but I can't. Stay with me during this time, give me strength and help me to believe in you so that no one can shake my faith. With all my love and in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, I pray, amen.
Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me. Do not cast me from your presence or take your Holy Spirit from me. Restore to me the joy of your salvation and grant me a willing spirit, to sustain me.
