One thing I know for certain is that God’s love and mercy are incredible, and Psalm 23 beautifully reflects this truth. It says, “He prepares a table before me in the presence of my enemies; my cup overflows. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.” I see this as God not just preparing a table before my enemies but overfilling my cup so that I can invite them to join me, sharing the living water and the bread of the Kingdom with them rather than feasting in front of them. His goodness and mercy follow me daily, remaining abundant enough for me to keep offering them even to those who oppose me. After all, giving mercy is the only way I will truly dwell in the house of the Lord forever. Amen. 🙏✝️✝️✝️
