I need prayer brothers and sisters. I had a seriously traumatic childhood and as an adult getting ready for marriage, some of those triggers are still affecting me to this day, and it hurts those who love me most. I don’t know how to heal, and I’m tired of hurting those closest to me with my words. I need a softer heart and a clear focus on Jesus. Please pray for me. Those around me deserve better..

It's quality time with the Lord. Also say the Lord's prayer over and over again. But you have to do your part and meet God halfway.
