Good day to everyone reading this❤️ we all probably have fallen to lust and have been in a cycle of lust in our lives, i myself am being tempted and sometimes falling to lust, but i want to share something i learned from a youtube channel called impact video ministries to help overcome and flee lust

1. See God's Heart, dont just focus on God's command to be pure and flee from lust, see God's heart and that he wishes to bless you and he loves you.

2. See God's Blessings, this is important because gratitude is pretty much opposite of lust and sin, sin says i want i want i want while gratitude says i have i have i have, count your blessings and focus on God's love and blessings.

3. Use God's Sword speak out verses while in times of temptation something like 1 Corinthians 6:18 or Romans 13:14, or the Armor of God in Ephesians 6.

4. Use God's Light, expose your sins not just to God but also more experienced believers for help. Someone like a friend or if it is a year old addiction consider asking some chruch leaders for help, people who have experienced lust and overcame it probably are joyful to have the chance to help another believer overcome lust.

5. Embrace God's Gospel, know that sin is why Jesus died on the cross so that sins can be forgiven, dont dwell on your sin and realize that when you fall this is why Jesus died for us and go ask for forgiveness from God.

Here is a prayer for you to overcome lust and let us pray for each other to overcome sin since almost everyone has struggled with lust including me currently it is the Jesus Prayer.

Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy on me, a sinner...

Say this when you are tempted. Do not try to control it the prayer, treat it with reverence and approach with humility, it is a powerful prayer. Focus on every word in it and meditate on it.

There is a way out of a cycle of lust and if you feel like you have fallen too much don't worry there is jo sin Jesus's sacrifice can't forgive, God bless❤️🕊❤️‍🩹🙏
